Term	Summary
Service Agreement	BMM provides visa consultancy, document preparation and application support services.
No Guarantee of Approval	BMM does not guarantee visa approval. All decisions are made solely by the respective authorities.
Client Responsibility	Clients must provide truthful, complete and accurate information and documents.
Fees and Payments	Service fees, government fees, embassy fees, VFS/TLS/BLS charges, courier and insurance costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
Documents	BMM is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect or late documents.
Interview Coaching	Visa interview coaching helps clients prepare clearly and confidently but does not influence the decision of any authority.
Third-Party Services	BMM may coordinate with third parties such as couriers, translators or appointment centers, but is not responsible for their actions.
Data Privacy	Personal data is used solely for visa processing support and related communication.
Governing Law	These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
